Refunds and Returns
What is your return policy?
Buyers are responsible for returning any items that are defective in original packaging and in new condition. You will be refunded 100% for the item. We can only offer a 100% refund for defective/poor quality orders because we are a custom print shop and our products are made-to-order. Therefore if you have wrongly given us your size or if you order a size, receive that size but are not happy with the fit these are not grounds for a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Where/when to expect your refund?
All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in the currency you originally paid with. If we're unable to refund you in the original currency, or your primary currency, you'll be refunded in US dollars (USD). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
